Installation & fit-out
New circuits, distribution boards and sub-mains, power and lighting for unit, shop and office fit-outs. Cables run on tray, trunking or conduit and clipped in straight lines — because the next person in that ceiling void is also a human being.

Containment installation
Trunking, cable tray, basket and conduit installed as a proper system rather than an afterthought, sized with room for the circuits you will add in two years rather than packed to capacity on day one.

Inspection, testing & certification
Periodic inspection and testing of commercial installations, written up so a facilities manager can act on it — observations coded, remedials quoted separately so you can see exactly what you are buying, retest booked before the report lapses.

Emergency lighting
Escape route and open area emergency lighting installed, tested and repaired — including the monthly function test and the annual full-duration test, with results written into your log book where an inspector will look for them.

High-level work
Lighting, containment and remedials above ladder height done off an access tower, built and worked from properly. Warehouse and unit lighting, high-ceilinged rooms and stairwells.

Repairs & maintenance
The failed circuit, the tripping board, the section of lighting nobody has been able to get working since the last contractor left. One number, one person, and no ticket system in between.
Scheduling
Including the days you're actually shut.
Saturdays and Sundays are normal working days here — the phone is on 8am to 6pm at the weekend — so work that would shut a shop mid-week can often be planned for a day when the doors are closed anyway.
Tell us what the premises can't be without and when it has to open, and the job gets sequenced around that: isolations planned, temporary supplies where they're needed, and the board back on before you unlock.
